Your stones are individually selected and set by experienced jewelers to ensure proper balance, security, and longevity. Every piece is finished and inspected in our studio before delivery.
Because each ring is made specifically for you, slight variations are part of the character of handcrafted jewelry.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production before shipment. Once complete, your ring will be carefully packaged and shipped fully insured.
All orders require a signature upon delivery for your security.
If your timeline is shorter, please include this in your inquiry and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Exchanges

Each engagement ring is made to order and crafted specifically for the client. For this reason, engagement ring purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you experience any concerns with your ring upon delivery, please contact us within 10 days of receipt so we can review the situation and assist where possible.
In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately so that we may evaluate the piece and arrange for repair or replacement if necessary.
Stacy Nolan Jewelry cannot be responsible for damage resulting from improper wear, accidents, or inadequate care once the piece is in the client’s possession.
