Reserve your piece — We’ll place a temporary authorization on your card for the full retail value (plus applicable taxes). This is a hold, not a charge, unless you decide to keep it.
Securely delivered — Your jewelry ships fully insured, with signature required at delivery. We avoid weekend shipments to ensure safe handling.
48-hour preview — From the moment your piece is delivered, you have two full days to try it on and enjoy it at home.
Keep or return — If you fall in love, we’ll finalize the payment and send a care guide. If you decide to return, simply use the enclosed insured label.
Shipping & Insurance
- All On-Approval shipments are fully insured.
- Signature is required at delivery.
- For jewelry valued at $2,500+, if returned, only outbound shipping applies.
- In special instances, for jewelry under $2,500, if returned, both outbound and return shipping apply.

Condition & Care
Each piece is documented and secured with a tamper-evident tag before shipping. Returns must be unworn, in original condition, with tags intact. If professional cleaning or repair is required, associated costs may be deducted before the authorization is released.
Special Requests
Certain pieces below $2,500 may be available for On-Approval by request. For example, our signature Dome Hoops ($2,200) are available to preview with the understanding that two-way shipping applies if returned.
Final Details
- The hold on your card must be captured or released within 7 days.
- Items not returned within 48 hours of delivery may result in the authorization being processed in full.
