Refund policy

All sales are final. Stacy Nolan cannot be held responsible for damage to jewelry caused by wear, accidents, or inadequate care once the piece is in the client’s possession.


Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  • If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, packaging, and with all included materials.

  • Normal wear and tear or missing packaging may reduce the value of any exchange or credit.

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at repairs@stacynolan.com. We will gladly arrange a refund, exchange, or credit.


Made-to-Order Jewelry: Payment & Refund Policy

  • Because each made-to-order piece is custom crafted to your specifications, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at repairs@stacynolan.com. We will gladly arrange a refund, exchange, or credit.


Custom Jewelry & Heirloom Redesign: Terms

  • A non-refundable design deposit is required to begin all custom projects.

  • Custom and heirloom redesign pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Final payment is due before delivery of the finished piece.

  • If your custom piece arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at repairs@stacynolan.com. We will gladly arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate.

  • Because heirloom jewelry may involve working with client-provided stones or materials, Stacy Nolan is not responsible for damage, pre-existing flaws, or loss inherent in working with those materials.
