Each order is carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure safe delivery — and for your peace of mind. A signature is required for all orders over $500.
We offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $2,500. Standard shipping rates apply for all other orders. If you prefer a specific carrier, please contact us to make arrangements.
Ready to Ship
Orders received after 1 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1–3 business days (excluding weekends) before shipment. For expedited delivery, please contact us.
Made to Order
Production and delivery timelines vary by style. For certain pieces, we can adjust an in-stock item to your required size within 1–2 weeks. Fully made-to-order pieces typically require 4–6 weeks, though some designs may take up to 8 weeks depending on complexity and materials.
Canada & Mexico
We currently ship to Canada and Mexico. Please note that shipping rates, duties, and taxes will apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Transit times may vary based on customs clearance.
Special Delivery Requests
We understand jewelry is often purchased for engagements and other special occasions. Our team will happily coordinate discreet delivery, expedited shipping, or shipment to an alternate address to preserve the surprise. Please call 310-504-2200 to speak with a jewelry concierge.

Responsibility for Packages
Once an order has been delivered and confirmed by the carrier, Stacy Nolan is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. If you have concerns about delivery security, please request signature confirmation or contact us before shipment so we can discuss options.
