Begin your custom journey

All custom projects start at $2,500. We offer two tiers of custom design based on the scope of your project, as well as semi-custom options for simple resets using your own stones.

Custom Packages

  • 1. Schedule a consultation

    In our meeting, we'll brainstorm to create your dream piece. We'll talk through the process and give you advice. You can ask all of your questions about the scope of the project, timeline and pricing.

  • 2. Discovery

    We begin with initial inspiration - an event, an idea, a feeling. We do research: browsing images to pinpoint the elements of design you love. Please allow 3 - 5 days after our initial meeting as we review everything internally.

  • 3. Design

    Suddenly, a flash of inspiration and the piece crystallizes. In this stage we will prepare sketches or computer aided design renderings to share. We are side-by-side in the design process.

  • 4. Creation

    Once your final design is approved, we work our magic to bring your vision to life. Every custom piece is handcrafted with care with our team of master jewelers.

What can you expect next?

During your consultation, we’ll define your vision and explore design directions. Once you’re ready to move forward, we ask for a $500 non-refundable design deposit, which covers the creation of initial sketches. You’ll have the opportunity to review and share feedback before moving to the next stage.

Approved designs are then prepared in CAD (computer-aided design), allowing us to calculate the exact volume of gold and stones needed to bring your piece to life. You’ll be able to refine the CAD renderings, and resin samples can be provided to ensure the fit and design feel just right.

Once the CAD is finalized, we’ll prepare a production estimate. At that stage, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery. Please allow a minimum of 8 weeks from this point for your piece to be completed.

Supplying Your Own Gold or Stones

If you’re reimagining heirloom jewelry or supplying materials for trade-in, we’ll carefully evaluate what can be reused. Your initial deposit covers both the design work and material assessment. Any usable metals or stones will be incorporated into your new piece, and anything not used will be returned to you.
