Please note: all custom projects start at $2500. We offer several custom packages to meet your needs as well as semi-custom options for simple resets.

Custom Packages

  • 1. Schedule a consultation

    In our meeting, we'll brainstorm to create your dream piece. We'll talk through the process and give you advice. You can ask all of your questions about the scope of the project, timeline and pricing.

  • 2. Discovery

    We begin with initial inspiration - an event, an idea, a feeling. We do research: browsing images to pinpoint the elements of design you love. Please allow 3 - 5 days after our initial meeting as we review everything internally.

  • 3. Design

    Suddenly, a flash of inspiration and the piece crystallizes. In this stage we will prepare sketches or computer aided design renderings to share. We are side-by-side in the design process.

  • 4. Creation

    Once your final design is approved, we work our magic to bring your vision to life. Every custom piece is handcrafted with care with our team of master jewelers.

What can you expect next?

During your consultation, we’ll discuss details on how to define your vision. Once we have a direction you like, we will ask for an initial deposit to create the design in sketch form. You will have the opportunity to offer feedback during the initial design phase. The approved design(s) will be prepared in CAD (computer aided design) that we will use to calculate total cost - this will help us understand the volume of gold and stones needed to make your special piece come to life. You will have the opportunity to offer feedback during the CAD phase, too! We offer resin samples to try on and wear at home to ensure the fit and design are perfect. 

 50% of the starting price is due up front as deposit. Once work begins, a minimum of 8 weeks will be required to complete your custom piece.  Balance will be due when we are ready to deliver to you.
