Step One: The Form

Step Two: Let's Chat

During your consultation, we’ll discuss details on how to define your vision. Anything from inspirations pictures, your own sketches or ideas, or something that you saw. We can go over your ideas, brainstorm together, and collaborate to create your dream piece.

Step Three: Ship Your Item

A $500 deposit is required to start any custom project. Once the deposit is paid, we’ll send you a shipping label and shipping instructions for your original piece. Pack your item securely in and place it in the mail. If you have any paperwork: appraisals or certificates on the original rings, we’ll have you send copies of those to us as well. Everything is fully insured in transit and while in our possession.

Step Four: Design, Create, & Return

First, we do our own “appraisal” of the pieces:
estimating metal weight and stone sizes, we'll take pictures to properly document your original piece and then we can start to draw out some design ideas.

We will create an initial design in sketch form. You will have the opportunity to offer feedback during the initial design phase. The approved design(s) will be prepared in CAD (computer aided design) that we will use to calculate total cost - this will help us understand the volume of gold and stones needed to make your special piece come to life. You will have the opportunity to offer feedback during the CAD phase, too! We offer resin samples to try on and wear at home to ensure the fit and design are perfect.

After the rendering and costs are approved, 50% of the final price will be required to begin the work. Once work begins, a minimum of 8 weeks will be required to complete your custom piece. The remaining 50% will be due when we are ready to ship to you.
